"The customer service is horrible. They will charge you after the policy is no longer in effect. The communication between office, underwriting is awful. They want to audit you everytime you turn around. Sad. All we did was pay our bill. Never had a claim. No way to treat a customer."

"Statefarm is my number one choice no matter what state im living in. But Natalie over in Daves office has been the most helpful agent i have ever had the pleasure of being a client of. She is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. And was able to get me the price i could afford for renters and auto insurance. I definitely recommend talking with her if you contact this office. She will do everything she can to get you what you need for insurance at a price you can actually pay. 10 stars if i could!"

"Could not believe what an ordeal it was to get an insurance policy for a used car we purchased yesterday. We could not drive off with the car until the dealership received the insurance information. We were told it was emailed to us the day before but it was for one of our other vehicles that was insured in another state. After many phone calls from us and the dealership someone from an 800 State Farm location ended up getting us the information we needed. The sales person at the dealership was as frustrated as we were - sitting around waiting for many hours was a painful experience. Extremely disappointed with David Arce's office."

"My entire experience with this agency has been a nightmare. When I initially requested a policy, they argued with my and told me my health coverage did not qualify to waive PIP. This is despite me providing a coverage confirmation letter. Only after threatening to not go through with the policy did they magically realize they were wrong. Next, when it came time for my first renewal, my premium shot up over $300 despite no tickets and no claims. When questioned about it they said “rates in Michigan went up”. They admitted to knowing about the pending rate increase when they wrote my initial policy, but did not foreshadow it “because they did not know the exact amount of the increase”. Talk about bait and switch. I am finally trying to get rid of them, but they are making it impossible. I requested cancellation of my policy effective 8/2/2024 and received a confirmation email the same day. 10 days later, my policy is still showing in effect and a payment is showing due. I guess they think they can just force me to stay with them. Avoid this agency at all costs!!!!"
